After being out until 2am for the big movie night I was still able to get up and run in the Syracuse Turkey Trot. All I can say is that I finished. It wasn't pretty but I made it and now I have a time to improve on.

Brace yourselves; it isn't pretty.

Although I was ready for a disappointing night, it was worse than I anticipated. A friend of ours, Maryanne, took me and Mindy to see Twilight for our birthday. Trust me, I am well aware of the difficulties of transfering the magic of writing into film. But, really??!! That is all I will say. For those of you who are Twilight fans I suggest that you see the movie to form your own oppinion.

Here is the awesome Twilight "package" I made for Mindy. It is a bunch of stuff that I know she'll never buy herself but that every twilight fan should have...a calendar, t-shirt, collector's buttons and an apron. HAPPY BiRthDay MINdY!!

We went to Mimi's for breakfast with my sisters and mom. Thanks Paige for babysitting and helping with everything.

Happy Birthday to ME!

I made myself a birthday cake...Why? just for fun and because I had the day off! I've wanted to try making fondant to see if it's as hard as I've heard it is. It wasn't, and this is what I came up with. Maybe it's a little childish, but I don't care, it was fun.

All dressed up and ready for some trick or treating.

We had such a good time in Disneyland!! The kids had a blast. Avery was so fun to watch. Every time we saw a character she knew, she would shout "hi tinkerbell (or whomever it was), hi, hihihihi hi tinkerbell" at the top of her lungs, waving the whole time. She was so cute. When we saw Cenderella, she about cried she was so excited. We waited in line to get her picture taken with her and when it was Avery's turn she grabbed on and wouldn't let go. It was hillarious! She also loved Minney Mouse and just grabbed on and hugged/kissed her to death. So fun. Chase would have gone on California screaming for seven days straight if we had let him. He is a huge fan of that rollercoaster. He went on it three times in a row until dad got sick, so that was it. (it was also day six, so dad had put up a good fight.) All in all it was an awesome trip and we can't wait to do it again!
