Blunt force trauma to my ankles...
So Mindy always says that she can't run/jog because it causes blunt force trauma to her ankles. I used to say she was crazy and that it wasn't funny, it was mean. I used to say that...until today....I've been running for at least a month now. Just every other day but I'm up to 3 miles. Today, I hurt. I'm not sure if it's finally catching up with me or what. I've been telling myself to stick with it, push through the pain and stuff. I'm not sure it's worth it. And to top it off...I am actually GAINING weight!!!!???!?! What the....Totally not cool. So once again (I do this every day) I swear I am never running again! (or, maybe just not until wednesday).

Oh, don't give up! Just stick with it. You may need to take a few days off to allow your ankles to heal. Have you checked your shoes? If your shoes are bad that can hurt your feet/ankles when you run. Hang in there!
that's why i don't excercise because i always gain weight. good excuse huh? i love the halloween background.
